The XC is the Fusion built for wet ground. A fully gusseted tongue seals the opening against dirt, a rubber bumper wraps the toe and the T-profile outsole is cut for grip rather than looks. Smooth leather and hairy suede overlays sit over a sturdy mesh tongue and mesh underlays, with rope laces through the eyelets and reflective hits for low light. Icicle keeps the base pale while Wrought Iron handles the darker panels, and the heel carries a debossed XC logo.
