All orders after 16:00 will be send the day after.
We will take the RIVM guidelines seriously during the preparation & delivery from your package.

During the weeks before Christmas we offer a FREE gift wrapping service. You can add the gift wrapping service to your shopping cart, leave a personal message for your loved one in the comment section at checkout and we will make sure you have beautiful gift for your loved ones. The gift can be sent or delivered to you or directly to the receiver. When sending directly to the receiver, please make sure to set the shipping address to their address.

Orders received on weekends or Monday go out on Tuesday.

Now to some of the legal stuff:
1. Insofar as the goods are in stock and available, the seller shall dispatch these within 1-3 work days. Delivery is performed through the dispatch of the purchased item to the address provided by the customer. Partial deliveries are permitted, where reasonable for the customer.
2. In the event of a delivery delay, the seller shall notify the customer immediately upon becoming aware of the delay.
3. If the seller should be delayed in delivering, all liability for damages is restricted to foreseeable damage, should this arise through slight negligence. Further claims to damages shall only exist if the delay should arise on grounds of gross negligence or wilfull misconduct.
4. The method of dispatch, the carrier and dispatch route shall be at the seller's discretion unless otherwise expressly instructed by the customer.
5. The seller reserves the right to only sell usual household quantities to consumers.

You have "14" calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
