Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands)

Order before 16:00? Your package will be shipped the same day.

Shipping schedule:

You’ll receive a Track & Trace link by email once your package has been shipped with PostNL.

International Shipping

• Germany & Belgium: 2 to 3 business days

• Other EU countries: 2 to 5 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Costs

Within the Netherlands:

• Under €75: €6.95 shipping fee

• From €75 and up: free shipping

International Orders:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Costs

Within the Netherlands:

• Paid shipping at checkout? → GRAIL covers return shipping costs.

• Free shipping? → You cover the return shipping.

Outside the Netherlands:
Customers are always responsible for both the original and return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service for your return.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved? → You’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 1 to 4 business days

• Not approved? → We’ll contact you. The refund will be put on hold

Legal Information

1. In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days

2. You’ll be notified in case of delays

3. GRAIL is not liable for minor delays unless due to gross negligence

4. We choose the shipping method and route unless otherwise agreed

5. We reserve the right to sell only in standard household quantities

6. If a package is lost in transit and no tracking information is available, refunds are generally not provided.
